
I love sport and exercise and have done throughout my life playing netball, running, strength training and hybrid racing. I love the outdoors, going for walks with my dog, Skye, in the beautiful Scottish countryside and dipping in the North Sea anywhere along the East Lothian coastline.

I began practising yoga after a shoulder injury that affected my neck and back. Yoga helped with my physical and mental recovery from this injury. Since then, yoga has been an ever-present practice in my life and I have continued to experience the benefits. My life has become more joyful, present and pain-free and I became a yoga teacher so that I could share this experience with others.

I often hear people say "I'm not very good at yoga, I can't touch my toes." This is a myth. Being 'good' at yoga simply means listening to your body and working with its present state so if you can only reach your knees in a forward fold, that's also being 'good' at yoga!

I provide inclusive classes where people can move with comfort, confidence and consciousness. My hope is that you will leave my classes stronger, more relaxed and more mobile, allowing you to live a more joyful and balanced life.

These classes are varied and change with the seasons, teaching you to reconnect with nature and move with more intention throughout the year. For example, our summer practices are more fiery and heat-building whereas our winter practices are more restorative and inward-facing.

These classes are based on the principal of increasing mobility, flexibility and recovery. Whether you are a runner, gym-goer, sports player or simply interested in increasing your mobility - these classes are for you. Our practice also includes stability and strengthening to work on the alignment of the body.
